Designed to be a dream-making mountain bike, Dopamine-E Comp is the result of 24 months of development to create a perfect E-MTB, where we understand that perfection would be the combination of the aesthetic design of a conventional full suspension with electric assistance via a powerful motor, but making every ride so smooth that the motor was imperceptible. Therefore, a new concept of an E-MTB was created that is as close as possible to riding a robust bike, but with a fluid design thanks to the perfect integration of the electrical system. To attain this objective we opted for the redesigned and reliable Shimano Steps EP8 250W system that delivers a torque of 85Nm. The battery is also a Shimano model with 630W for great autonomy.
The Comp version is assembled with a high-tech carbon frame, using a special blend of carbon fibres to achieve strength and low weight. This model is equipped with a RockShox Revelation front suspension and a rear RockShox Super Deluxe Select R shock, both of which are able to offer 150mm of travel. In addition, the 12-speed Shimano Deore groupset and 4-piston Shimano brakes can stop on the most challenging descents.
A Sentec cockpit and dropper seat post, combined with Shimano Deore wheels and Michelin Wild Enduro 2.40 tyres, complete the set.
