Placing an order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. The price you see is held for five days from the date of the order. After that, if the order has not been completed, the price current on the website at the time of confirmation applies.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, including the delivery address.

Acceptance

We confirm your order by email. That confirmation, together with payment, forms the contract between us.

Payment

We accept debit and credit cards at checkout. Payment is taken in pounds sterling.

Cancelling

UK consumers may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We also offer a 30-day return window of our own, set out in Returns and warranty.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
