Within the United Kingdom

Delivery is free, typically 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.

Outside the United Kingdom

A flat £190 to most countries, added at checkout. Duties and import taxes are covered by us, so there is nothing to pay on arrival.

A small number of territories are served by Swift’s other operations rather than by this store, so they are not offered at checkout. If your country is not listed, email info@swiftcarbon.com and we will point you to the right place.

Dispatch and tracking

We are responsible for handing your bike to the carrier correctly and on time. Once it is with them, transit is in their hands, and the delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

You will receive a tracking link once your order is on its way, so you can follow it from Silverstone to your door.

If you are not in when it arrives

The carrier will leave a delivery notice with their contact details. Please arrange a new delivery date with them directly, as they hold the consignment.

If a size is unavailable

You can ask to be told when it is back. We will let you know as soon as it returns to the range.
